It has been my privilege to be the Director of Public Relations for the ICA Council on Upper Cervical Care for several years now and I’m very excited about an upcoming symposium that the Council is sponsoring in June 2018 that I wanted to make everyone aware.
The program includes 17 hours of continuing education in beautiful San Diego California.

ADVANCES IN SPINAL CARE will be held June 21-23, 2018 at the Loews Coronado Bay Hotel in San Diego, California.
The conference committee, headed by Dr. Scott Bales, revealed that the program will be mix of clinical topics on advanced spinal care, imaging, interdisciplinary case management, research, and more.
The symposium will also include the presentation of research papers and the Council's Review panel, headed by Dr. Bo Rochester and Dr. Todd Hubbard has selected papers for both platform and poster presentations from those submitted after a profession-wide call for original research papers.
All DCs are invited to attend this exciting conference that will be jam-packed with vital information of interest to all interested in learning more about the spine and spinal care.

In the last several years the UC council has graduated it's first class of upper cervical diplomates and is halfway through its second-class, published a research paper in the Journal of Canadian Chiropractic Assoc. and connected in significant way with four North American chiropractic schools to help support upper cervical education in the classroom.
