This stage requires you and your leadership team to prioritize putting processes in place that will scale your upper cervical practice.

This is when you solidify your systems, hire or promote an office manager, and ends when you empower your associate to become a senior associate and hire your first junior associate.

It's all about focusing on the right things to continue to grow at this phase.

Skills you'll need to level up as a trailblazing doc include strategic planning. You got to outline where your business is going, what it will take to get there, implement things like quarterly planning meetings, annual planning meetings, leadership development, having a weekly level 10 meeting or a weekly team meeting with your leadership team, your office manager, your senior associate and so forth so that you can continue to grow them, grow the company, and focus on the things that will move it forward.

Also thinking about culture, creating a practice culture where your team members look forward to Mondays and have a self-employed mentality is crucial to continue to grow in this trailblazing doc phase.
