Dr. Bill Davis, Founder and CEO

Dr. Davis built a successful all-cash Upper Cervical Practice in Southern California utilizing the Internet and other marketing approaches. In 2011 he was injured in a mountain biking accident and was paralyzed leaving him unable to practice. In 2013 Dr. Davis formed UCM Practice Growth Systems for Upper Cervical Doctors to continue to make an impact worldwide for sick and suffering people who desperately need access to high-quality Upper Cervical Care. Our mission at UCM is to partner with Upper Cervical Specialists like you to bring hope and healing to sick and suffering people for the glory of God!

Heather Compton, Director of Operations

Heather is a certified graphic and web designer. She has designed various websites, logos, business cards, brochures, magazine ads, flyers, packages and banners for clients across the USA and Canada since 1996. Heather has also been learning the ins and outs of various forms of social media since 2008. As Director of Operations, Heather applies her knowledge of design, social media, marketing, and customer service to achieve remarkable client results through the oversight of our operations team. She is passionate about helping Upper Cervical doctors help sick and suffering people in their community.
Tony Hook

Tony Hook, Director of Client Success

Tony desires to serve others with passion and integrity. Graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in marketing, management and business administration, he has strived to make a difference in the lives of others. From 2001 to 2016, Tony also obtained a degree in Biblical Studies, serving as a pastor. As part of the UCM team, he is excited to be helping sick and suffering people to experience the power of upper cervical care. As the Director of Client Success, Tony helps upper cervical practices grow and achieve remarkable client experiences and results through the oversight of our client success team.
Summer Grohman | Upper Cervical Chiropractic Internet Marketing Team

Summer Grohman, Advertising Manager

Prior to coming to UCM, Summer worked as a marketing manager for the Navy. She is also a board member of a non-profit organization that brings outdoor recreational therapy and Quality of Life Programs to Disabled and Disadvantaged Children, Disabled Veterans and Wounded Service Members. Her goal is to increase awareness and knowledge of Upper Cervical Care and its benefits to those seeking natural solutions. Creating confidence, establishing trust and credibility in Upper Cervical Doctors and their specific practice techniques.

Jessica Zamora, Finance Specialist

Jessica Zamora has been the bookkeeper for Dr. Davis since 2010. She has enjoyed keeping her accounting skills sharp and keeping the books in order. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Accountancy from California State University San Marcos in 1997. Having worked as a Staff Accountant until her daughter was born in 2001, she took some time off from her career to raise the children and home school them.

Jhon Arellano, Website Manager

Jhon Vincent Arellano graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. He is a Front-end and WordPress developer with an eye for details and a passion for perfection. Prior to joining Upper Cervical Marketing Team Jhon worked as a software engineer for a tech software startup company in the Philippines since 2013. When he’s not coding, you’ll typically find him playing video games or listening to good music.

Isabel Amado, Content Creation Manager

Isabel has been working as an online content writer since 2014. Before becoming a member of the UCM team, she produced online content on different niche topics for various businesses. Isabel has always found writing online content a meaningful way to help people searching for information and bridge information gaps, especially on rarely discussed topics. When she's not sitting at her desk on a typical workday, she spends time with her cats. She also finds great joy in making sweet baked treats and cooking heartwarming meals for her family and friends.

Stephanie Radan, Advertising Assistant

Stephanie graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Since then she has worked in various industries learning the ins and outs of telemarketing, social media management, data collection, research, customer relationship management and lead generation. She loves being challenged in her work, adapting to innovations and learning new things. Joining the UCM team is like a dream come true. When not working online behind the scenes she loves adventure, dogs and music. She also enjoys spending time with family since they come first in her life.

Shiela Radan, Email and Blog Posting Lead

Shiela has worked as an administrative assistant and lead generation specialist since graduating from college in 2019. She is excited to use her skills to help our various clients reach the sick and suffering people in their communities. Shiela has a passion for knowledge and is looking forward to learning various aspects of digital marketing. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time cooking and baking for her family. She is also a pet lover and likes to travel and experience different cultures

Louzandy has years of experience in web design and wordpress development, creating websites that are user centric focused and developing products that give more value to the clients and its customers.

Peter is an independent, creative and determined individual who makes it his mission to go the extra mile for others. He applies his mind to any project with one goal in mind and that is to make it a success. He is dedicated to serving people and building long lasting relationships within his field as he continues to learn and grow from great leaders!

Ellen Amado, Video and Graphic Design Specialist

Ellen is a skilled visual artist with a knack for multimedia arts. Her unique blend of technical expertise and artistic flair allows her to bridge the gap between arts and technology. Her background in Information Technology helps her create designs that resonate with people, and communicate the language of technology. During her spare time, she likes to doodle, drink coffee, and play with her cats.

Paola Debiais, Content Marketing Specialist

Paola has a degree in Social Communication, focused on the audiovisual area. She has more than 9 years of experience in the sector and has worked with companies and organizations in the management of their social media channels and boosting their marketing and communication efforts.
